Francois Schott
Director of UX/UI Design
Francois began his tech journey by coding his first game at 12. Since then he’s made an impact across various industries and led the development of several innovative technologies.
In 1998, François played a key role in launching Lionbridge’s California office and trained engineers in Beijing. The following year, inspired by UX visionary Kai Krause, he joined Metacreations, contributing to all major projects and inventing a cutting-edge navigation widget.
In 2000, François joined Apple, where he pioneered the International Usability group. Over 12 years, he notably prototyped an innovative localization platform and spearheaded the creation of Siri’s French version, shaping its personality to wide acclaim.
François later delved into medical software, developing ArchSpine, a revolutionary online portal for neurosurgeons, leading both design and engineering.
Xavier Schott
Chief Technology Officer
With a career rooted in cross-platform software development since the 1990s, Xavier has co-authored software published by Apple Computer France and was recognized in So Far as one of Apple’s first 5,000 employees worldwide, going on to work at other industry giants such as Amazon and Microsoft.
Working in Microsoft Services, he earned expert cloud certifications while delivering solutions for high-profile clients in banking, pharmaceuticals, and law enforcement. Xavier’s passion for security and privacy stems from early work on military imaging systems at Digital Fountain and handwriting recognition technology at Communication Intelligence Corporation.
Xavier has developed and published numerous mobile and desktop applications for the Apple App Store and Google Play, cementing his reputation as an innovator in the tech industry.
