Raised by entrepreneurial parents, Justin was immersed in business beginning at a young age. As a high school and collegiate athlete, he learned to lead and inspire others—despite injuries and relocations—being recognized as the "Most Inspirational Athlete" by his teammates after almost every season. A two year service mission in Brazil cemented his belief that true happiness comes from serving others.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in construction management and business, he built a successful luxury homebuilding company. Despite rapid growth, the 2008 market crash forced introspection and led Justin to realize his true calling: developing people, not properties. 

Today, Justin leads a real estate tech company, co-hosts a podcast, and coaches professionals to think bigger, overcome challenges, and achieve success through relational thinking. Justin is committed to reshaping the industry by empowering professionals, like you, to thrive.
